Running gPPI with rWLS
Dear Dr. McLaren,
I have a data set, on which the previous version of gPPI toolbox worked nicely. Now I attempt to re-analyze it using a new version of gPPI toolbox (v13.1) combined with a rWLS toolbox. However, I could not find how to set up parameters to do it. When I simply added 'P.rWLS = 1;' to the wrapper, the gPPI ran through to the end. Am I doing it correctly? In addition, is there anything I have to be careful about when I work on gPPI with rWLS?
Thank you so much for your invaluable inputs.
