Hi all,
I tried to upload the functional 4D.nii files into the conn-toolbox.
If the filename is 4D.nii everything works fine.
But I have more than one subject and if I rename the file to sbj1_4D.nii, only one image is recognized and I get an error message that only one functional image is available. The name 4D_subj1.nii does also not work.
Has anyone an idea how to solve the problem other than making a folder for each subject?
