If I am just interested in looking at task-based connectivity for one of my block conditions (i.e., 2-back), would I still set this up in Setup.Conditions and subject groups in Setup.Covariates.SecondLevel?  Or, would I use the recommendations you made with respect to 2 x 2 Mixed-model ANOVA in your prior post?  I'm assuming that I need to specify all block conditions (0-, 1-, 2-back, instruction), but only use the 2-back block in the model?
