Also, Pickatlas uses MNI space so we don't need to co-register the ROI files if structural and functional files were coregistered to MNI space, right?

"Typically, after selecting all structural, functional, and ROI files in the Setup step, further applying any additional spatial preprocessing if necessary, all of the structural, functional, and ROI files should be co-registered to each other (in the same space; e.g., MNI space) (Conn 14 v. Manual, p. 9)."
