resting state analysis: pre- & post sessions
Hi

I am using Conn 14 v. to analyze resting state functional connectivity.
There were two sessions of resting state scans: pre- and post-test sessions.
So, I have two structural and functional images for each subject.

Although I set up two sessions in Conn, the Conn 14 v. allows only one slot to upload one structural image per person
(I can add two functional images for each session separately, though).

I am wondering if it could be an issue for resting state analyses since the head positions can be slightly different at each session.
First, I want to do seed-based rs-FC analyses using a paired t test to compare differences between pre-and post-test sessions.

If not, that would be great! But, if this is a problem, please let me know how to resolve this issue.

Thank you in advance!
