Hi again,
thanks for all your input. I managed to use MeshMath with no errors and to display the output in ShapePopulationViewer.
I have two more questions: 1. Can you explain in a little more detail, how you calculated the significance map in the NeuroImage Paper? From my understanding you employed MeshMath to calculate difference vectors (-subtract) and from those signed differences (-MagNormDir). One could use the resulting Scalars txt-files to calculate significance maps when importing all the numbers in a spreadsheet. How exactly did you do the stats then, am I thinking right?
2. Which surfaces would you recommend, just surfSPHARM or _procalign?
Re Allignment - I guess my output was still in FreeSurfer space, will fix that and possibly get back.
