I'm having a bit of trouble with the log generation for individual jobs.

I was trying out psom_demo_pipeline script, and after running the pipeline the logs (strings) in PIPE_logs.mat are all empty strings for all the jobs. I have tried it out on Matlab 2011a and on 2014a, both with the 1.0.2. version from the website and the master-branch from github. I have been running it on Windows 7.

Any ideas what might be going wrong?
