Dear experts,

I am a new user of SPHARM-PDM Toolbox and used shapeAnalaysisMANCOVA to compute the displacement difference between one group of patients and one group of control subjects. Below the glm.txt I hav used as input of MANCOVA analysis :

The first column is the group ID. My problem in output results is that I don't know in which direction the mean difference corresponds to. Are the results have to be interpreted as controls to patients or patients to controls displacements ?
So, I tried to exchange the group IDs : 1 for  patients and 0 for controls, but the results are exactly identical to precedent...

Could you explain me how to interpret the results ?
