With regard to your questions:
I have tried using the absolute distance feature
of MeshMath (subtracting meanA and meanB, I guess it is actually
the same as diffMesh.txt).
Yes as far as you compute differences in the same order than
shapeAnalysisMANCOVA - differences from A to B.Then I compared the result to the visualization
of the RawP and I guess it correlates, am I right? (the picture is
included below, RawP is visualized in SPV and the distance map in
good old KWMeshVisu)
Indeed, the group testing is done in all points of the mesh.
Significant p-value locations correspond to significant results to
the testing in that point location. What are the units in the distance map? I am
still seeking for a way how to quantify the results in milimetres
such in http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles...
Units in the distance maps are already in mm.Thank you,
