RE: Temporal lobe asymmetry
Hi Adam,

No need to apologize, we are here to help in what we can.
Please see this forum post wrt difference directions: https://www.nitrc.org/forum/forum.php?thread_id=5261&forum_id=1281

With regard to your questions:
I have tried using the absolute distance feature of MeshMath (subtracting meanA and meanB, I guess it is actually the same as diffMesh.txt).
Yes as far as you compute differences in the same order than shapeAnalysisMANCOVA - differences from A to B.
Then I compared the result to the visualization of the RawP and I guess it correlates, am I right? (the picture is included below, RawP is visualized in SPV and the distance map in good old KWMeshVisu)
Indeed, the group testing is done in all points of the mesh. Significant p-value locations correspond to significant results to the testing in that point location.
What are the units in the distance map? I am still seeking for a way how to quantify the results in milimetres such in http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles...
Units in the distance maps are already in mm.

Thank you,
Beatriz
