Dear Beatriz, I'm writing again as I'm still missing some points of the SPHARM analysis. Please be patient with me, I just want to be sure that I do it correctly.

1) What is the aim of --medialMesh in ParaToSPHARMMeshCLP? I tried to run two separate analysis with and without --medialMesh and results appear almost the same? Does it have anything to do with the aligment of the parametrization using the first order ellipsoid?

2) What are paraMix.txt, paraPhiHalf.txt surfSPHARMMedialAxis.vtk. how can I use them?

3) How can I open surfSPHARMMedialAxis.vtk (attached a copy) with ShapePopulationViewer? Is there anything incorrect in the file?

4) When I want to perform a quality control visualization of the SPHARM correspondence with ShapePopulationViewer, do you suggest to do it using the Phi-attribute or the Theta-attribute?
