Graph Theory - size of nodes
Hi guys,
Yet another question, sorry : /
Any thoughts out there regarding the size of your graphs? Nicholas Crossley published two papers using a graph of 638 nodes that is supposed to be a parcellation of BAs into more or less equal sizes. The argument for doing this is that having larger BAs (nodes) from others will alter the graph theory measures : /
I see papers using the 84 BA ROIs (Conn validation paper), one using 90 BAs (Goparaju, 2014), another using 168 regions from the Harvard-Oxford.
Any thoughts are very very appreciated.
Thank you guys!!
Fred
