It probably would make sense to move the forums for
shapeAnalysisMANCOVA over here to the SPHARM-PDM site.
In any case, if you look on the downloads for SPHARM-PDM, you will find also downloads for StatNonParamTestPDM. And older SPHARM PDM distribution on NITRC has shapeAnalysisMANCOVA included, so downloading v1.2 would also give you that.
