Thank you for your early reply. I understand that the problem is with fiji-cmtk-gui and not with Mac OS10.
I followed your advice and added the IMCF Uni Basel Fiji update site. Then the first error message which I put in my first post was disappeared. But the second error message was appeared when I specified a folder for "Registration Folder".
However, I didn't get any more error messages and got a file in the "Commands" folder. But sadly it doesn't work.
As I used the same images and refbrain that successfully worked in the old PC, I think images are not wrong. Do you think it would be better to try the second option (Using the registration gui without actually installing CMTK from Fiji)?
