Dear Yasuko,

Could you perhaps
  • check that you have run the Install CMTK command
  • go to the Terminal and get a listing of that directory by typing

ls -lr /Applications/Fiji.app/bin/cmtk/

and sending the output.
I rechecked that I ran the Install CMTK. But when I typed the code in the terminal, it only said,

total 8
I guess it said something like:

> ls -lr /Applications/Fiji.app/bin/cmtk/
total 8
-rw-rw-rw- 1 jefferis admin 1655 26 Oct 10:43 cmtk

This means that it is still not installing CMTK when you run Fiji>Plugins>CMTK Registration>Install CMTK. I am puzzled as to why this is. Two things.
  • Can you confirm that you are running the version of Fiji at /Applications/Fiji.app not another version somewhere else on your machine
  • can you zip up the contents of the folder /Applications/Fiji.app/plugins/CMTK_Registration and send to me directly by email.
I think you will need to update the CMTK Registration GUI scripts. I am changing the way these updates work – I hope this will greatly simplify the update process. I will let you know when this is ready. Best wishes,

Greg.
