However, I have a bad news. When the OSX was updated to 10.10.3, the at command stopped working for non-privilege user.

When we use this command, we encountered the error "at: cannot regain privs: Operation not permitted" and PSOM cannot run. Of course, we can run it with root user, however, this is not a perfect idea. 

I searched the solution on the Internet, some people also encountered this problem but no available solution.

Do you have any idea about this problem?
