I know it is a long time since you came across this problem. I'm having almost the same problem now. I did my preprocessing and first-level analysis in CONN toolbox and performed the graph-based analysis with GAT. But I can't find a brain surface which has the same dimension with the atlas template in CONN toolbox. I'm wondering if you finally figured out a solution about this problem?
