Hello,

As I am new to data processing in this fantastic toolbox, I have what must be a rather basic questions - apologies in advance!
I am using conn to preprocess my structural and functional data. 
After preprocessing, I could save the preprocessed dataset with these new modifications. 
Now I have denoised my data with a set of the optional confounds, and would like to save this denoised dataset to proceed in another software, in order to conduct an Independent Component Analysis. 

However, I can't find an option to save the dataset in its denoised state, and exiting conn will lose any unsaved progress. 

Could you please tell me if there is a way to save the dataset in the state where it is denoised and the various confounds are regressed out?
