initialising with a non-rigid registration
Is there any way to initialise a registration with an initial non
rigid registration?
warp has these options:
i.e. only affine initial transforms are allowed. The motivation is a situation where e.g. landmark points might help you get started in the face of some significant shape (i.e. non rigid) differences between 2 brains but you want image-based similarity to define the final transformation.
Many thanks,
Greg.
warp has these options:
[options] ReferenceImage [FloatingImage]
[InitialXform]
where
ReferenceImage = Reference (fixed) image path
FloatingImage = Floating (moving) image path
InitialXform = Initial affine transformation from reference to floating image
where
ReferenceImage = Reference (fixed) image path
FloatingImage = Floating (moving) image path
InitialXform = Initial affine transformation from reference to floating image
