Hi BrainNet creators and users,

I'm a new user of this fantastic tool. Looking to confirm if my thinking is right here:

(a) I want to specify the node size according to graph theory metrics. 
Do I simply input my data into the 5th column of the .node file? And then this is accessed by setting it to "auto" under Options?

(b) What is the best way to create a correlation matrix for inputting into the .edge file? My current method creates .nii.gz correlation matrices which are not compatible, is there a simple matlab code you can point me towards?
