I was able to complete DKE on both nii and dicom sample datasets!
Thank you for the instructions!
However, when using my own dataset after converting dicom to NIfTI I have 3 nii datasets: DKI_B0, DKI1, DKI2 plus bval and bvec. From these 3 datasets how do I create one file to name it: 4Drdki_0_nii?
