Task-based error
Hi Alfonso:
I am having trouble running a task-based analysis with 2 conditions. An error has been recurring when I click "Done" in Denoising, as shown (advice appreciated in advance):
ERROR DESCRIPTION:
Subscript indices must either be real positive integers or logicals.
Error in conn (line 2763)
if ~isfield(CONN_x.Analyses(ianalysis),'name'),CONN_x.Analyses(ianalysis).name='ANALYSIS_01'; end
Error in conn (line 2754)
conn gui_analyses;
Error in conn_menumanager (line 109)
feval(CONN_MM.MENU{n0}.callback{n1}{1},CONN_MM.MENU{n0}.callback{n1}{2:end});
CONN v.14.p
SPM12 + DEM FieldMap MEEGtools TOM8
Matlab v.2014b
storage: 491.6Gb available
Warning: Contents.m overloaded by version in folder /Users/hutt5r/Desktop/spm12/toolbox/TOM8
The "contents overloaded" seems to be what recurs.
On a related note, I reran the pipeline after my second-level analysis failed to show my second state several time, though it appeared in the first-level analysis. I started over, and then got this error.
Insights appreciated and thank you.
