Hi,

I noticed that there is a cerebellar surface BrainMesh_Cerebellum_by_SLF.nv, which includes the brain stem and the cerebellum. I am wondering what space is this surface in. I have a few cerebellum ROIs and want to use nodes to represent them using their coordinates. But I am not sure how I can put the coordinates into this space of BrainMesh_Cerebellum_by_SLF.nv. Is there a volumetric representation of this template so that I could register everything into this space?
