Hi Will,

I think I may have run into the same problem you are seeing. My error was
that I was trying to use streamxform to warp the x/y/z coordinates in
pixels, rather than in physical dimensions. And so many of the points I was
giving were outside of the grid. As Greg pointed out to me, I needed to
use physical dimensions.
