If I give reformatx a nrrd file with a non-zero space origin as input the space origin appears to be ignored i.e. if i give the same pixel data with two different space origins the result is always the same. Is this expected? Have I missed something?

This is in some sense related to a query from Will Allen about using different sized images during registration/reformatting and Torsten raised the point that this could result in small offsets if not handled correctly.
