Hi Thinh,

Thank you for reporting this, I believe this was due to a bug in the voxel-to-voxel GUI for surface-based analyses. Please try the attached patch and let me know if you run into any issues (this patch is for release conn15g, simply copy the attached file to the conn distribution folder overwriting the file with the same name there)
