supplementary informations: not all subjects have the same orders for the conditions shown during the task , the task and the conditions are the same but the order is randomized depending on the subjects, shall i create sub-groups with all the subjects withe the same orders?
otherwise how can we create a matrix with the correlations and their chnage across time ie, how can we do a sliding window analysis and extract the results ?
