Hi,

I`m getting two different nifti files when converting DTI dicom files from a Philips scanner. One starts with x and has the same name as the .bval and .bvec files and the other one starts with a number. The one starting with x has the correct number of volumes (number of b0s + number of gradient images), and the other one has one extra volume at the end which seems to be some sort of average of the other volumes! Does anyone know how to only create the nifti file with correct number of volumes?
