I would like to ask something regarding the Matlab script to convert the raw .csv Hitachi ETG4000 output file into a .nirs file.
I saw that you provide three example .pos files. We are currently using a 2x3x5 position set and I would like to ask whether you could advise me how to process this data to use it with Homer2. Should I convert them separetly for each hemispere into 3x5 position files?
