Atlas numbers to identify areas: doesn't work
I altered the excel file with the brain regions on GraphVar in
order for it to list the AAL116 numbers for each specific regions
instead of their short denomination (meaning, I altered the entire
B column for it to list the numbers 1 to 116).
But when I try to launch BrainNet Viewer in order to get the glass brains, the following error occurs:
Error using cell/ismember>cellismemberR2012a (line 199)
Input A of class cell and input B of class cell must be cell arrays of strings, unless one is a string.
Error in cell/ismember (line 71)
[varargout{1:nlhs}] = cellismemberR2012a(varargin{:});
Error in Results_btn_network_Callback>openBrainNet (line 217)
[~,idx] = ismember(handles.BrainStrings(brainIdx),BrainMap(:,2));
Error while evaluating uicontrol Callback
I've been looking at the code and trying to see what I can change in order for it to accept the given numbers instead of the expected string, but I'm not being able to do it.
Any suggestion would be welcome.
Thank you!
