Should work fine. I wonder if your problem is that you are using a comma as a decimal separator. I am not sure, but I think I used the Microsoft Comma-Separated Values format that requires you to use a period as the decimal separator, so you would write "1.23" not "1,23". In any case, I am putting more effort into NiiStat which reads Excel files directly and therefore removes this problem.
