I have a few questions about extracting the ROI timeseries for each individual.I apologize in advance if these questions are answered in prior forum posts -- could not find clear answers in the first 5 pages...

1. I have a blocked design faces and shapes matching task -- 4 face condition, 1 shape condition. I am interested in looking at amygdala-PFC connectivity to specific face types versus shapes. For each individual, would I extract the ROI timeseries to the contrast all faces > shapes?

2. At what threshold should the VOI timeseries be extracted? small-volume-corrected FWE .05? .05 uncorrected? a less stringent threshold?
