OSX: can't load NIFTI file from command linea
Hello,
I'm trying to have an script to automatically visualise resulting images using mricron. In OSX compilation, if I try to open a nifti file using:
$ /tmp/mricron/mricron.app/Contents/MacOS/mricron /tmp/sdm_template.nii.gz
I get the error: "The document "sdm_template.nii.gz" could not be opened. mricron cannot open files in the "NIFTI" format."
Whereas if I open the same file using the GUI's menu File->Open it loads the file without any issue.
This behaviour only seems to appear on the OSX version.
Any idea on how I could open NIFTI files from the command line?
Many thanks,
Anton
