Firstly, what type of files should I input into the toolbox (raw (nii files), normalized, or smooth)?

Secondly, regarding the threshold of the global mean (z-threshold), is that the number of standard deviations away from the mean? If so, when the 'use diff global' is checked, is that the threshold for standard deviations for the means between each scan?
