CONN analysis using Resting-State data
Hello,

I am carrying out a graph theoretical analysis in CONN 17.a using Resting State fMRI data. This data has been preprocessed using SPM12. I am looking at functional connectivity in the brain using resting-state data between 4 groups of people.

Q1) Would it be possible to add "Age" as a regressor in the analysis of the 4 groups.
Q2) Is there a detailed explanation for the different type of "Analysis Measures" (for example: Global Efficiency, Local efficiency, betweenness centrality, cost, Average Path length, Clustering coefficient and Degree).
Q3) Does CONN do the following analysis: Small worldness and Characteristic path length?
