pair t-test for 1 group
Dear Prof. Zalesky
Thanks for the toolbox. I am currently running an analysis to identify a network that is different under reward v.s. baseline condition in a healthy group. To do that, I set up a pair t-test design matrix as (2 subjects for example):
1 0 -1
0 1 1
1 0 -1
0 1 1
......
the first 2 columns are for within-subject mean according to reward and baseline conditions. Then I set contrast [0 0 1].
The problem is no matter how I change the initial threshold, NBS always give me 0 connections, so I assume I did something wrong. But the example in the help icon is for 2 groups comparison, so I would like to know how to set up a pair t-test if I have only 1 group?
Thank you very much!
John
