Difference between batch_process.sh and C-PAC
Hi,
I was preprocessing the epilepsy patients data (North Shore - LIJ) from INDI (Lite). While I was able to do so using the preprocessing scripts (batch_process.sh), I noticed the scripts are no longer supported and the focus shifts to C-PAC.
I have a few questions regarding C-PAC, mainly: what is the major difference between C-PAC and the bash scripts, are they using different processing techniques, and finally, besides AFNI and FSL, is C-PAC using any new libraries that the scripts did not use?
I apologize if this is posted in the wrong forum. The processing-scripts forum does not seem to be very active at the moment.
Thanks,
Yiming
