some of the lines in anadef.m are not commented and some clarifications would be useful about the meaning of the following parameters:

AnaDef.fmri_t = 16;

AnaDef.fmri_t0 = 9;

AnaDef.Subj{cSubj}.Duration = [3 3 3 3 3];
(is this vector just the nb of runs x the number of conditions?)
