I tried to inject SMS timing info in the existing nifti file using "3drefit", but failed. I am not sure that "to3d" could inject the slice acquisition timing info on a nifti file.

I am afraid that I could not resolve this issue, but if you find how to inject the slice timing info in the existing nifti file, please post it for other users.
