Dear all,

I would like to know how i can use " ROI mask " from http://cobralab.ca/atlases/ , for my seed based connectivity analysis, I have provided " Right Subiculum" as seed for seed based connectivity analysis , When i start the  CONN toolbox it seems to load all functional, structural data and imports the ROI seeds, but aftermath it shuts down intermittently. Could some one let me know why it happens.

Usually, the error that i notice is " No atlas was provided ".

I am not sure how i could run this toolbox , some one please provide me some appropriate sources and links for running this toolbox .
