Hi Laura,
The design matrix and connectivity matrix look ok.
Some things to try:
1. Rename the design matrix so that it does not contain any underscores "_". Matlab can sometimes have trouble with these on some platforms.
2. May sure that you are providing 120 connectivity matrices, since you have 120 rows in the design matrix. Do not include other files in the directory where your 120 matrices (txt files) reside. Another option is to merge the matrices into a single mat file to ensure all 120 matrices are read in. This mat file should contain a single variable of dimension 82 x 82 x 120.

I have just started using the NBS toolbox and first off would like to say that it is great and that the manual is very clear, thanks!
However, when I try to run I keep getting the following error message: Design matrix not found or inconsistent.
