Using MRICRON for overlapping jacknife image
Hi there,
I am trying to create a n 'overlapping jacknife' map using multiple jacknife images and colour coded density to distinguish regions significant in fewer maps from most maps. Basically, the problem is that MRICRON doesn't seem to be able to store more than 5 maps, and I have >10. Is there a way around this? Can the significant voxel data be changed from continuous to binary, ie significant or not over a certain threshold, so less memory is needed?
Does this make sense?
