Thanks very much for your reply in open discussion forum of PANDA in NITRC.

Here, volume size means the contour of the whole brain. The attached files are two pictures of tractography derived by two different PANDA versions. It is obvious that 1.png seems to be flat while 2.png seems to be slender.

So, could I mix the results derived by two PANDA versions? Thanks very much for your advice!
