Hi Dr Babak. I have nearly all the structural and functional data from my entire sample of 64 subjects warped.
I am using the ART package of programs which accepts and writes nifti files. For a single anatomical image, which happens to be a t1, I keep getting a segmentation fault error when running the 3dwarper program, modified on 08/04/2010.
My command line looks like this:
3dwarper -sub t1_skullstripped.nii -trg /mnt/netshare/imaging/templates/bmpr0001_lai.nii -v -acpc -A -o Cnbmpr.nii -u ubmpr.nii
I actually discovered the other day a bug with the applywarpd3d program--with the -o option which gives my output a specific name.
My command line like this, applywarp3d -o Cstrnbg_lo.nii -w ubmpr.nii -T mpasat2mpr.nii strnbg_lo.nii, kept producing an error. Once I ommitted the -o option, applywarp3d -w ubmpr.nii -T mpasat2mpr.nii strnbg_lo.nii, it worked fine.
My point is that even without using the -o option of the 3dwarper program, I keep getting the segmentation fault error. Do you have any ideas as to how I can overcome this?
