Warping group func ROI back to sub. for PPI
Dear All,
I used ART to nonlinearly register my structural scans to standard space and I now want to back transform a functional ROI from my group analysis into individual subject space for a PPI analysis. I'm not quite sure how to do this and am looking for some guidance.
It appears like the program ivf will perform this inversion for me, but I'm not sure. Any guidance anyone has would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and happy new year!
