REX extract changes image dimensions
Dear users,
I am extracting ROI from seed2voxel second-level results to do additional voxel-voxel connectivity analysis. When I extract the ROIs with REX, the image dimensions are changed. I started with typical MNI space, but the ROIs end up in 73 93 74
Has anyone come across this before? Is there an easy way to change the dimensions to MNI (again)?
