Jul 23, 2012 06:07 PM | RE: REX extract changes image dimensions Hi Massieh, Most likely your output files are the same dimension as your structural volumes (that was the default voxel-size used for voxel-level analyses in the conn toolbox before version 13, which added more flexibility to perform the analyses using other voxel dimensions -see 'Spatial-resolution' field in the Setup.Options tab-). In any way, if you want to resample your output volumes (e.g. mask files) to a different voxel resolution / dimensionality the simplest way would be to use the 'Coregister - reslice' option in SPM, then select as 'Image Defining Space' the desired template (e.g. avg305T1.nii), and select as 'Images to Reslice' the desired volumes (e.g. output mask files), choose 'Nearest Neighbour' as the 'Interpolation' method, and that will create a new file (pre-appending the letter 'r' to the mask filename) that has the desired voxel-size/dimensions. Let me know if you would like me to further clarify any of this. Best Alfonso Originally posted by Massieh Moayedi: Hi,
I am also experiencing the same problem - my output is a different dimension than any of the standard images. We used conn to do a seed-to-voxel analysis, and we used REX to export our results to a ROI.img. This image cannot be loaded in FSL because the dimensions don't match those of any of the standard brains. Is there any way to change either the output dimensions, or change the ROI.img dimensions to match those of the standard brain? Thank you. Massih |
