The way to do this is as follows. 1. Load the SPECT image into the transform viewer 2. Load the ROI map in the transform viewer as the "objectmap", from the Objectmap menu. 3. Under objectmap menu, find "Compute VOI Stats" Xenios Xenios, thank you for this tip. It is unfortunate however, that there is no objectmap menu in the transform viewer when using Mouse Suite. I need to do this by using General -> Brain Register which is confusing, especially when working with mouse hindlimb data. Regards, Wawosz
