I'm new to SPHARM and after reading articles that used this toolbox I was very enthusiast. So I tried to do a shape analysis with SPHARM but it doesn't work on my computer. I hope you can help me.

I compiled Slicer3 and SPHARM-PDM with the standard options in cmake in MacOSX 10.6.8. Among others this creates a dir named "spharm-build" with all files and spharm_build/bin with all binaries. After compiling I add the external applications according to the tutorial to the spharm_build dir. And I did the same for the BatchMake applications (I added it to spharm-build/BatchMake-build according to the tutorial). In addition I add the modules to Slicer3 using View --> Application Settings --> Module Settings --> add shape_build/bin. In Slicer3 I see all modules but when I run the Shape Analysis Module I get an error (see fault1). In addition when starting slicer3 I get an error ModuleDescriptionParser Error: can only contain one character. "ap" has more than one character. at line 40 while parsing . Can you please help me. If you need more information please ask.
