RE: How to download ABIDE data set?
Hi
Liu,
With COINS you don't need to download all the data at once. Each
download is a zip archive with a collection of subjects. When you
decompress the zip you'll end up with a directory structure that
has NIfTI files listed by subject. Do you see all the files ending
in "MPRAGE.nii.gz" or "REST.nii.gz"?
