I have run the data setup with a small data set of 34 vps and every thing worked fine. Now I set up a new data set with 87 vps. However, when running setup the following error ocurred:
 
??? Reference to non-existent element of a cell array.

I am pretty sure I did the same setup like in the first run. Especially the roi masks are the same, resized to the size of the functional data. I would be gratefull for advice.
